Speak E-Z’s brings authentic Southern Soul food and Memphis style BBQ to Bellingham. The chef, Dennis Rayborn, created a collection of soul and comfort food menu items that are flavorful, completely satisfying and very nutritious. Fresh vegetables, meats and dairy products are being used to create each plate from scratch.

Dennis and Rosie created a restaurant where everyone feels comfortable. Be it in a work uniform or a suite, shorts or slacks. A place to sit and meet some friends for lunch or dinner. To enjoy a cocktail while savoring some healthy smoked BBQ ribs or chicken.

To dine at Speak E-Z's is for some guests to experience the taste of real home cooking  ----- “to find their roots in food”, and for other’s its to experience the sensation of real “Soul Food”.
